 Do you accept returns/refunds?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not accept requests for returns or refunds.  All sales are final.  

Can I use your designs for commercial use?

What an honor it is when one of my designs is chosen to be part of a commercial production run!

We do offer limited commercial licenses for the application of our designs on finished goods.

For limited runs of 50 to 100, a Limited Commercial License option is available for any design that will be manufactured on 50 to 100 single items OR stitched by a third party on your company's behalf (a manufacturer).

Limited Commercial License: Quantity 50 to 100

Likewise a larger production license is available for limited runs of 101 to 999 applications of any design that will be manufactured on 101 to 999 single items OR stitched by a third party on your company's behalf (a manufacturer). 

Limited Commercial License: Quantity 101 to 999

You/ they must have this commercial license fee purchased in addition to the design itself. The commercial license fee listing MUST be purchased for each design that will be used the respective quantities of the holding license (50 to 100  items or 101 to 999 items) . If you exceed the license amount please reach out for a custom listing for additional license fee to cover your desired production run.

Licensed production of 50-100 or licensed production of 101 to 999 stitched items with a single design is defined as limited commercial embroidery and is strictly prohibited without the purchase of this license. This license gives you the right to embroider this design on items for profit and sell them.

Once the respective fee is purchased for each design used commercially, companies are released to use AW Stitches Designs intellectual property.

While not necessary, it is always appreciated if you share the source for the design.

What does "sole use" mean?

In accordance with United States copyright law, when you purchase a digital file from AW Stitches Designs only the purchaser of the design(s) can use the file(s). The purchaser of the design MAY NOT email, share, trade, give, loan, or claim the design as their own work in any way.

Can I use your watermark mockup for my website or social media?

I’m always trying to help your business in any way I can. Please feel free to use the digital rendering photo in the listing with the AW Stitches Designs watermark. Please do not remove the AW Stitches Designs watermark. Please do not use tester photos that are not yours in your business. Tagging us on social media is always appreciated!

What formats are offered?

PES, EXP, DST, HUS, INF, VP3, JEF, and XXX.
